The chain feed belt conveyor type food metal detector is a kind of metal detector with the advantages of high sensitivity, low power consumption and long service life. The product has a fully automatic detection system, which can be used for food, medicine and other industries to detect all kinds of metal objects.
The machine uses a chain feed belt conveyor as the detecting medium. The operating principle of the chain feed belt conveyor type food metal detector is as follows:
The moving belt moves around the magnetic field at certain speed, and when some metal objects are put into the magnetic field, they will be attracted to the moving belt and then pulled into the detection area. If there is no metal object on the moving belt, only air flows through it and does not affect its operation in any way.
1.High sensitivity and super anti-interference.
2.Having the double circuit signal demonstration function. When the metal good is passing, signal light will show different induction according to the size of the metal.
3.having the adjustment function of product effect, 10 levels independent adjustment for ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal.
4.Can avoid missing detection, when several signals are passing, the machine will automatically record the signal amount, so it won’t have missing detection.
5.a power utilization system capable of stopping the machine if no load operation.
6.Prodution line can be used to connect supporting the implementation of automatic detection pipeline, detecting the products by the assembly line automatically.
7.Monitor the use of sound and light alarm, exclude or shutdown automatically, the operational use of extremely reliable and user-friendly.
