Meat metal detectors are used to detect metal fragments in meat products. The detector is made up of a metal detector and an automatic control unit. The detector can detect the presence of metal particles in meat products within a few seconds, and display their location on the screen.
The metal detector uses the principle of electromagnetic induction to detect metal objects. When a metal object passes through the detection area, the alternating magnetic field changes abruptly, causing eddy currents to form around the object and generate a detectable electromagnetic field.
The automatic control unit has two functions: it displays the location of detected metal objects on its screen; and it controls whether or not the product passes through according to user settings in accordance with regulations set by local food safety authorities
It has high sensitivity, wide range of detection, simple operation, low power consumption and so on.
